Family of three

It's been quite a busy week in our house. We believe Griffin has some new teeth coming in, which equals no regular nap times. And no regular nap times equals trying to come up with ways to entertain him from 6 am until his 6:30 pm bedtime! Luckily, we have hit a few sunny days and had some fun family outings. One of them which included an afternoon jaunt out to Steveston where we walked along the boardwalk and had lunch at Pajo's. Other jaunts have included Granville Island, one of our all-time favorite spots, and several visits to the mall.

Even if we go for a quick walk around the neighborhood, or out for coffee, I feel very fortunate that Jonas has an occupation that allows us so much time together as a family. We have been relishing in our family time during my maternity leave, and feel extremely blessed that we are able to do all these fun things together, the three of us. We know that once I go back to work, these family outings of three will be limited to the weekends. We are squeezing in as much time together as we can possibly muster, and the time together has been beyond valuable.
