Well, we tried to make a point of this not happening, but we think that Mr. Griffin is ruling the roost! We have to make a point of nipping this in the bud before he gets older. He makes us laugh so much with his little antics, that we find ourselves doing anything to please him. He will cover his eyes if the lights are on and it bothers him. So we switch them off, even though this means we are sitting in near darkness. He also does not like loud noises or people talking over him when they are holding him. He will put his hands on his little ears, so we make a point of trying to whisper. We have gotten in the habit of having him sleep in our bed, so now I am worried that he prefers this over his crib. He will wake up in the middle of the night for a 'cuddlefest', which usually means him sleeping right up against or next to one of us in our bed. And whenever he does not get fed immediately, he will let out a scream. We are trying to teach him some patience, as it seems like he expects us to be there with bottle in hand at his beck and call.
He is very hard to resist, this little man of ours. I can only imagine how he is going to be when he is older, if he has us wrapped around his finger now. Right now, all of this is amusing, and we know that he is only this age for a short period of time.
